Yahoo News is reporting that Fox’s entertainment president Gail Berman said that the network relied to heavily on reality TV this season. Berman also said the five unaired episodes of "Who’s Your Daddy?" will not be aired. (Even though a recent press release from Fox had touted that the 4th place show in its time slot still outperformed results from the previous year.) In addition, Berman lowered expectations for American Idol 4 saying she expected ratings to decline in its fourth season. This news is certain to inspire even more reality TV is dying articles like this one. However, we predict that reality TV will rebound next year when all the networks launch dozens of "Lost" and "Desparate Housewives" copycat shows.
