BROTHERS AND SISTERS, IS FEAR A FACTOR? – This episode features four pairs of siblings (comprising two sets of brother and sister; two brothers and two sisters) as the contestants. The duos’ challenges include one of the show’s signature "gross out" stunts: the pairs each have their heads multi-locked inside a small glass box filled with hundreds of large and small spiders, and must perform many mouth-to-mouth key transfers to unlock themselves from their tangled traps. Fear Factor airs on NBC on Monday, July 18, 2005 at 8P.M. ET time.
