Rock Star: INXS fans can currently bid on memorabilia from the show on ebay. The auction runs from now until September 30, 2002, but some individual items are set to end before the overall auction end date. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
Included in the auction are such items as hot pants worn by Brooke Burke and the white boa worn by Dave Navarro during one the shows. Together, they might make a nice outfit for someone.
There are also guitar picks and sheet music signed by the various rock stars. The piece of signed sheet music with the highest bid at the time of this article actually belongs to MiG Ayesa rather than Rock Star: INXS winner J.D. Fortune. MiG’s signed sheet music has a current high bid of $1,275.
There are also multiple guitars up for bid. The most popular being Marty’s smashed guitar signed by INXS, Dave Navarro, Mark Burnett, and the final three rockers.
The auction also includes a lot of the fake money that J.D. Fortune used in one of his stage performances. In true J.D. fashion, J.D. has not only signed the money but has also written some rather unique messages on the money such as “You Are Not A Slave,” “Total Eclipse Of The Slave,” and “JD Was Here.”
