Is Big Brother All Stars rigged to insure that Janelle Pierzina wins? Or is James Rhine just a big whiner? These are the questions that are buzzing among Big Brother fans after another controversial Big Brother competition. Earlier this season, some obvious technical malfunctions resulted in a do over for the HOH competition. The redo wound up benefiting Janelle who went from likely nomination to being head of household. Now, another controversy is playing out on the Big Brother live feeds (stop reading now if you don’t want to know what happened).
The latest Big Brother controversy stems from a fight over a doll in a power of veto competition. As revealed on the Big Brother Sunday episode, Mike Boogie is the head of household. On the live feeds, Mike Boogie has nominated Janelle and James for eviction. In the power of veto competition, houseguests were asked a series of questions and then had to race to grab a doll that looked like the houseguest that was the correct answer to the question.
According to James, Janelle had grabbed a Howie doll that was the incorrect answer, and he had grabbed a Marcellas doll that was the correct answer. When Janelle realized that she had the incorrect doll, James claims she yanked the Marcellas doll out of his hands and scratched him in the process. On the live feeds, James is complaining about Janelle getting physical and taking away a doll that was in his possession.
On the other hand, Janelle claims that her and James were struggling over the Howie doll, when she realized that Marcellas was the correct answer. She says she let James have the Howie doll and grabbed the Marcellas doll instead.
So who is telling the truth? With all the cameras in the Big Brother house, it would seem like the simple answer would be to review the tapes. However, according to statements made by James, Big Brother somehow doesn’t have footage at the right angle to actually discern what happened. Please discuss in the comments section below if you think there should be a redo of the power of veto competition or not.
