Survivor Cook Islands Results – Jonathan Penner Voted Off

December 08, 2006 12:26 AM by Joe Reality

Jonathan_bennerIn the aftermath of last week’s tribal council, Jonathan reflected on being called a “rat” and a “cancer.”  While chopping coconuts, Parvati sliced open her thumb with a machete.  The Survivor medical team came in and stitched up Parvati’s thumb.  For the reward challenge, survivors transported water from the ocean into a larger bucket in order to raise a flag.

Before the reward competition, Jeff Probst brought out the loved ones of the remaining survivors.  The loved ones participated in the reward challenge with the survivors.  Parvati won the reward challenge.  For part of her reward, Parvati got to choose one person to go to Exile Island, and she selected Jonathan.

Parvati also won a spectacular picnic on another island with her loved one and two of the other survivors and their loved ones.  Parvati’s dad Mike got to select which two loved ones and survivors would go, and he selected the loved ones of Sundra and Adam.

While Parvati, Adam, and Sundra were off enjoying their reward, Ozzy, Yul, and Becky decided to hide some of the food because they didn’t want to feed people that beat them.  However, Adam and Parvati brought back food from the picnic, which changed the minds of Ozzy, Yul, and Becky.

For the immunity challenge, survivors completed a water obstacle course to retrieve sticks that they used to build poles to retrieve two rings.  Ozzy won the immunity challenge.  At tribal council, Adam called out Jonathan for flopping tribes.  Adam and Parvati succeeded in convincing the other survivors to let them stay for a while longer, and the fourteenth person voted off Survivor Cook Islands was Jonathan Penner.

Poor Jonathan, but we all saw it coming. A great challenge tossed in with the barrels and it does look like we are heading for final two-Yul and Ozzy. And it will be an interesting vote but I still think, overall, Yul has played the smartest game.

Oh great, another week of slutty Parvati and Adam’s dumb looks. Yul & his alliance had the chance to break them up and they blew it!

Ya would have thought Yul would have taken Johnathan to the end with him.

It was about damn time. Now, however, there’s no one to root against.

I read in TV Guide that there will be a final 3 instead of a final 2 this season. Interesting twist. I’m rooting for Yul, Ozzie or Sundra.

This show on Thursday will just be huge. Can Adam and Parvarti bring Ozzy over to the “dark side”? Sundra? It’s going to be really interesting to see the votes.

Saw that on the preview, also.

    >>>>>> Keeping fingers crossed for OZZY!

Yes I read and heard that there is going to be a final 3 instead of 2. Should make it interesting. Hopefully, the finale on Survivor will be a bit more exciting than the bore fest finale of The Amazing Race!!!

What idiots. This was one of their only chances to get rid of Adam. Instead they do Adam/Parvati a favor and get rid of Jonathan before them. What’s the point? Jonathan doesn’t win challenges, Jonathan would’ve been a great person to take to the final two… morons all of them. Good luck trying to get Adam out when he wins immunity again and again.

Now that the final is over-why hasn’t the Jonathan is/was an actor ever mentioned? Or did I miss the conversation early on?

Jonathan Penner appeared as Stanley “Spots” Sylvestron in the 1996 movie “Down Periscope”-

    Is this old news?
