Taser Ends Foot Chase On Cops

When Officer Michelle Kramer of the Wichita, KS, Police Department
pulls over a suspected drunk driver, the situation quickly goes from
bad to worse when she notices the passenger trying to conceal a deadly
weapon in the glove compartment. Also featured is Deputy Nelson Gomez
of the Riverside, CA, County Sheriff’s Department.

After a drugged-out
girlfriend throws a butter knife at her boyfriend, he realizes that he
has been to the residence before and is not surprised when the alleged
victim turns out to be the perpetrator on an all-new COPS: COAST TO
COAST airing Saturday, Jan. 20 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

When Deputy Steve Ultsh of the Palm Beach County, FL, Sheriff’s Department receives a tip that a vehicle has been involved in suspicious activity, the suspects are pulled over.  At the scene, Deputy Ultsh notices that the passenger has an open container and begins to question the male suspect. A foot chase ensues across the street and through an  intersection. Eventually the suspect comes to a sizzling stop after being Tased and is detained by officers.

Another segment features Officer Anthony Pilutik of the Palm Springs, CA, Police Department, stopping a female suspect who rode her bike through a stop sign. Officer Pilutik notices nervous behavior and learns that the suspect is on probation. In conducting a routine search of the bicyclist’s backpack, Officer Pilutik discovers drugs and paraphernalia that has this suspect stopped in her tracks on COPS: COAST TO COAST Saturday, Jan. 20 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
