Arnold Schwarzenegger To Guest Star On The Apprentice

March 18, 2007 12:01 AM by Joe Reality

Arnold Schwarzenegger will guest star on NBC’s "The Apprentice: Los
Angeles" on Sunday, March 18 (10-11 p.m. ET), when this week’s winning
team gets a private meeting in Sacramento with the California governor.

This week’s task is delivered on the set of NBC’s "Passions," where Donald Trump talks about how soap operas got their name, and introduces them to executives from Dial. Then the candidates from teams Arrow and Kinetic are given their task — to write and direct a soap opera webisode that uses the cleaning product Softscrub.

While one team deals with an on-set romance, the other airs their dirty laundry. The winners get a private meeting with California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and hear about his road to success, while the losers get their bubble burst in the boardroom. Ivanka Trump returns this week to observe the execution of the tasks and advise her father in the boardroom.

"The Apprentice: Los Angeles" is produced by Mark Burnett Productions in association with Trump Productions LLC. Mark Burnett, Donald J. Trump and Jay Bienstock are executive producers. Conrad Riggs, Page Feldman and James Canniffe are co-executive producers.
