For week thirteen of The Apprentice Las Angeles, Donald Trump visited
the mansion and congratulated the final four. Trump invited the final
four candidates to a cocktail party at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel with
the five previous winners of The Apprentice. However, when the
candidates got to the hotel, the original Apprentice winner Bill Rancic
wasn’t there because he got called away on a last minute business
At the hotel, Apprentice 2 winner Kelly Perdew told the final four candidates that there was only going to be one more task, and that the two remaining teams of two should select two previously eliminated candidates to work for them. Frank & Nicole selected Tim & Surya, while James & Stefani selected Aaron & Angela.
For their final job assignment, Trump assigned the candidates the task of making a mini-movie for Renuzit air freshener, and by mini-movie Trump meant a sixty second commercial that would be shown in a movie theater. Nicole & Tim’s team came up with the idea of a mother going to a hospital to visit her son and turning it into a warm, welcoming home. James & Stefani’s team came up with the idea of a courtroom scene with a dad that had been charged with stinking up the family home.
During the task, Stefani became frustrated that James was requiring retakes that were cutting their time short for filming, and Nicole became frustrated at Frank for interfering with her editing process. However, when the candidates reached the boardroom they had nothing but praise for one another and were confident that their teams had won. In a surprise move, Trump fired no one and told the remaining four candidates that they were all going home and would be coming back next week when he would choose the Apprentice live.
