Who Will Be America’s Next Top Model?

The models will still be in China for this, their final test on the way to becoming America’s Next Top Model. The final three compete in the toughest shoot yet — a commercial and a print ad for Cover Girl.
Season 8 winner, Jaslene Gonzalez, will show up to offer advice and support for the girls and then one of the three — Jenah, Saleisha, or Chantal — will be sent home.
The final two will battle it out with a shoot for Seventeen magazine and a strut down the catwalk in The Forbidden City, before the judges will decide and announce who will be the Next Top Model.
Who, in our opinion, is Top Model material?
Jenah — No doubt about it, Jenah’s had the most striking photos from shoot #1. Her pouty look and piercing eyes love the camera. But the judges don’t love Jenah’s attitude, which is at best aloof and at times abrasive. To make matters worse, Jenah’s seemed to have lost the drive to be there and we’re questioning whether or not she’s stillgot the desire to be a Top Model. It would be no surprise to see Jenah’s challenge be half-hearted at best and see her go home first.
Saleisha — She’s been the Most Improved Player of the Model season. Every week her photos look more and more professional. What’s more, she knows how to put ona personality that bubbles right down the runway and into the hearts of the judges. She’s intelligent and studied and has the clean, sweet look of a Seventeen model. But is “clean, sweet” another way of saying “plain?” And is “improvement” going to be good enough against Chantal?
Chantal — Unlike Saleisha, Chantal’s bubbly personality seems to be the real thing (never once did we see Chantal pick on Heather or get wicked, which we can’t say for Saleisha). But until recently her photos haven’t exactly elicited raves from the judges. Her Great Wall photos, however, blew everyone away. And if there were ever a face made for the cover of Seventeen magazine, Chantal’s would be it. Chantal is our pick for the win of Top Model 9.
