So You Think You Can Dance Holding Auditions For Season Four

So You Think You Can Dance has grown into one of the biggest hits of the Summer for FOX. The fourth season will air in Summer 2008, and auditions will be starting on Thursday, January 17, 2008.
So You Think You Can Dance is hosted by Cat Deeley. Judges include Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and renowned choreographers as guest judges. The show is executive-produced by Simon Fuller, Nigel Lythgoe and Barry Adelman. During the auditions, dancers who impress the judges will be invited to call-backs to work with top choreographers. During call-back week, the judges will select the top twenty dancers to move forward in the competition.
For season four, producers have expanded their search from four cities to six cities. Auditions will be held in Dallas, Texas; Charleston, South Carolina; Washington, D.C.; Los Angeles, California; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Venues have not yet been announced, but cities and dates for the auditions are listed below.
Dallas, TX – Jan. 17, 2008
Charleston, SC – Jan. 31, 2008
Washington, D.C. – Feb. 21, 2008
Los Angeles, CA – March 6, 2008
Milwaukee, WI – March 20, 2008
Salt Lake City, UT – April 3, 2008
Audition venues will be announced shortly, and the latest info can be found at www.fox.com/dance. Casting is open to persons between the ages of 18 and 30 at the time of the audition who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S., or possess a current legal visa allowing them to seek employment in the U.S. without restriction as to employer.
