American Idol’s David Hernandez Doesn’t Have Much to Say About The Past
March 07, 2008 09:44 AM by Jennifer_Brown
When American Idol contestant David Hernandez isn’t turning heads with his amazing vocals on the Idol stage, he’s getting mouths wagging over hiscontroversial past.
But if the story has Hernandez sweating, we’re not seeing it. He looked cool and collected during his impressive performance of “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” on Tuesday, a song that secured him a spot in the Top 12.
After Thursday’s Top 12 reveal show, Hernandez broke his silence regarding the supposed scandal, telling reporters he’s “not really concerned” about the nude dancing controversy, and that he’s planning to continue focusing on singing.
Hernandez also hints that he thinks viewers are unconcerned about his past, and are instead focusing on his singing ability,as reflected by America’s votes propelling him into the Top 12.
Hernandez and the others will take the stage on Tuesday, March 11th at 8:00 PM (ET) on FOX.
