Even though the American Idol results show always crushes the dreams of one Idol hopeful, there is a silver lining. With an entire hour to fill for the results, American Idol producers have taken to bringing back former American Idol finalists to perform.

Last week, Kellie Pickler returned to perform her hit single “Red High Heels.” This week, American Idol 2 finalist Kimberley Locke returns to perform her new single “Fall.” After finishing third on American Idol 2, Kimberly Locke signed with Curb Records. Her debut album was called “One Love,” and it contained the number one Billboard Single Sales hit “8th World Wonder.”

In all, Locke has had seven top 10 Adult contemporary hits. Locke’s newest album is called “Based On A True Story.” In addition to pursuing her musical career, Locke has also been very active with a number of charities. Locke has helped support the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, YouthAIDS, Camp Heartland, the Human Rights Campaign, Help Is On The Way (AIDS), GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation), Leeza’s Place (Alzheimer’s) and What A Pair/Revlon/UCLA (Breast Cancer).

The American Idol top ten results show will air on Wednesday, March 26 from 9 PM to 10 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed on FOX.
