In two back-to-back episodes of Cops, officers from Nevada, Florida, Missouri, and California are profiled. In the first episode, Las Vegas, Nevada officers encounter a fleeing and sweaty suspect when investigating an armed robbery. A surveillance camera reveals that shots were fired, which escalates the crime charges.
After responding to a report of theft at a local store, Brevard County, Florida officers chase down a shirtless suspect. One again, security cameras play an important role, as the entire crime was captured on tape. While watching a house known for meth, Kansas City, Missouri officers observe suspicious behavior.
In the second episode, officers from Las Vegas, Kansas City, and Rialto do their best in fighting the war on drugs. The officers are challenged by suspects who will resort to eating, stashing, and ditching in order to conceal evidence. Also, at least one of the suspects turns out to be hiding more than just narcotics.
