True Life LogoMTV’s True Life is coming back with three brand new episodes. As always, True Life tells the stories on today’s youth. The new episodes will deal with such topics as embarrassing parents, schizophrenia, and secret lives on the web.

The first new episode is called “True Life: I Have Embarrassing Parents 2″ and airs on Thursday, May 15 starting at 10 PM ET/PT on MTV. This episode will follow fourteen year old Niki and seventeen year old Candy. Niki is stressed over the behavior of her surgically-enhanced, belly-baring mom. Niki thinks her mom looks more like a Playboy Playmate than a parent. Candy considers herself a typical teenager, but her parents are anything but typical. Candy feels her social life is hurting because her parents are professional clowns who engage in eccentric antics.

The second new episode is called “True Life: I Have Schizophrenia” and airs on Thursday, May 22 starting at 10 PM ET/PT on MTV. This episode follows three young people who are doing their best to live with Schizophrenia, a debilitating mental illness that blurs the line between reality and fantasy.

The third new episode is called “True Life: I Live Another Life on The Web” and airs on Thursday, May 29 starting at 10 PM ET/PT on MTV. This episode follows three young people who utilize an alter ego online that is vastly different than who they are in real life.
