May 24, 2008 01:01 AM by Joe Reality
In two back-to-back episodes of Cops, stupid behavior, chases, and takedowns are highlighted. In the fist episode, Pomona, California officers engage in a high speed chase, while a helicopter patrols overhead. The chase comes to an abrupt stop when the suspect’s vehicle runs through an intersection and wrecks with another vehicle.
In addition, Lansing Michigan officers are featured on patrol, and Las Vegas, Nevada officers question suspects who have difficulty remembering their name and age.
On the second episode, Portland, Oregon officers encounter drug-related behavior in an area known for drug use. The officers have to tackle a suspect who attempts to swallow evidence.
Also, Spokane, Washington officers encounter a suspected prowler. The suspect runs away, and chase ensues through a neighborhood. A Leon County, Florida K-9 unit chases down a suspect who is fleeing in a stolen vehicle. Cops airs on Saturday, May 24 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.
