Lawrence Beldon-Smythe To Explore Diverse Subcultures Of America

Englishman and self-described global truth seeker, Lawrence Beldon-Smythe, is coming to America to investigate America’s diverse subcultures. Lawrence Beldon-Smythe will be starring in a new Travel Channel reality TV series called Lawrence Of America. The new series is premiering on Tuesday, June 3 at 11 PM ET/PT.
“Finding the truth is my passion,” says Lawrence Beldon-Smythe. “It’s the only thing I ever think about,apart from cake.” In the twelve episode Lawrence Of America series, Lawrence will visit with NASCAR fans in North Carolina, with Civil War re-enactors in Pennsylvania, and with NASA astronaut trainers in Florida. He will also attempt to discover why Las Vegas, Nevada is called Sin City.
Lawrence Beldon-Smythe describes his journalist reporting method as, “I’m a toucher not a watcher. I firmly believe the truth will only be revealed if I jump in and get my hands dirty. I’m not saying literally dirty because sometimes that can be disgusting.”
