Bravo Expands Kitchen Lineup

June 11, 2008 04:27 PM by Lisa Stauber

Bravo, the home of the top rated Top Chef, has announced plans for two new cooking shows.

Top Chef Junior will teach kids to cook and then test their skills, getting the whole family involved in the kitchen. Maybe they’ll do the great Cola taste test for the Palate Challenge!

Top Chef Junior will feature teens and is produced by Magical Elves, the people who brought us the original Top Chef and Project Runway. Fierce and tasty!

Also on the plate is a documentary series following chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, the “World’s Sexiest Chef”, as he opens a cooking school in Los Angeles. He’s working with producers Mentorne USA (Work Out) and Greg Johnston (The Osbournes). He should fit right into the Bravo lineup with credentials like that! He’s also got skills, with restaurants on three continents, a 5-star Michelin rating, and critically acclaimed London-based cookery academy.

Each show has been picked up for an eight episode run, and will air on the Bravo network.
