It’s the last chance for aspiring comics to make the Last Comic Standing semi-finals. The final audition episode, which features comics who auditioned in Miami, airs Thursday, June 19 from 8:30 PM to 10 PM ET on NBC.
The Miami auditions will feature comedians from five continents and more than twenty countries. Last Comic Standing special correspondet Fearne Cotton will greet the comics from other countries at the Miami International airport. Fearne will be sporting outfits that represent the home country of the arriving comics.
After the airport greeting, the comics will audition in front of celebrity talent scouts Lonny Ross and Keith Powell from NBC’s 30 Rock. Some of the aspiring comics include Australian twins, an Englishman whose secret weapon is his double bass, and an Israeli comic who does an impression of a stuttering turtle.
Also, viewers will be treated to a sneak preview of the semi-final round episodes that will air on June 26 and July 3. During the semi-final round, thirty-two semi-finalists will be narrowed down to twelve finalists.
