Bravo will be taking the viewers back into the world of cutthroat, high-endreal estate in the second season of Million Dollar Listing. The market may be soft, but for these agents, that only makes their drive stronger, their will more powerful, and the stakes higher. All of that means fabulous TV for us!
These agents will be closing seven figure dealsand we will have the inside look on August 5th at 11pm ET/PT following the finale ofFlipping Out. Million Dollar Listingis a six-episode docu-series, each one hour in length. The regular time for the show will be on Tuesdays at 10pm ET/PT, the week following the premiere.
The Realtors being followed in this series are three of the most aggressive agents in Los Angeles. They make money most people only dream of having by selling multi-million dollars homes in the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles; Hollywood, Malibu, and Beverly Hills. Lets meet the agents:
Josh Flagg graduated fromBeverly Hills High School in 2004 and while he is young, he found his bearings fast! He has participated in four record sales over the past four years of selling; which were his first four years selling! He spoils his clients and they love it.Flagg will send a chauffeured car to pick them up and have them take a helicopter tour to view aproperty of interest. Not only is he generous to his clients, but he is generous with his time.Flagg sits on the board of the Friends of Greystone which is a non-profit organization that donates it’s time and money to the restoration of Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. He is also helping to raise money for charity with a book he is writing.
The “King of Malibu” is a celebrity real estate agent who will be watched closely on this show; Madison Hildebrand is a much sought after agent who in just three years, has sold over $80 million in “celebrity real estate”. He was recognized as being inthe top two percent of Coldwell Banker International and works in the Malibu area where he attended Pepperdine University. While at Pepperdine, Madison earned his Bachelors Degree in Advertising before earning his real estate license. The first home he sold was for a cool $2.8 million dollars, which could explain why he wasdriven to write a book called “Activate YOUR Passion, Create YOURCareer”.
Chad Rogers isa prominent agent in Hollywood and also obtained hisreal estate license at the ripe ‘ole age of 18 (before he even graduated college). Rogershas aBusiness degree from the University of Denver with aminor in Finance. Rogers works for one of the most prestigious real estate firms; Hilton & Hyland. This is a specialty firm, with specialty clients; Paris Hilton, Mick Lachey, Minnie Driver, and Coach Larry Brown.
The talent and success of the real estate agents on this season of Million Dollar Listing is definitely unmistakable! Don’t miss watching how the lives and paths of the agents cross – the competition is fierce!
