Phil Stacey Makes Televised Grand Ole Opry Debut

American Idol 6 finalist Phil Stacey will be making his televised Grande Ole Opry debut on Saturday, July 12 at 8 PM ET on GAC. Phil Stacey will be performing songs from his recently released self-titled CD. One of the songs will be the single “If You Didn’t Love Me,” which was co-written by Rascal Flatts front man Gary LeVox.

On March 29th, 2008, Phil Stacey has his first experience on the Opry. In regards to his experience, Phil said, “I’m blown away, I’m absolutely on cloud nine, this is one of the biggest experiences of my life.”

After appearing on the sixth season of American Idol, Phil Stacey finished out his four year commitment to the U.S. Navy and signed with Lyric Street Recors in Nashville, Tennessee. Phil is still in the Navy Reserves. Phil Stacey’s official website is located here.
