Tonight the season finale of the very first season of I Survived A Japanese Game Show airs. The final four Americans left in the competition are Meaghan Cooper of Texas, Bilenda Madison of North Carolina, Donnell Pitman of Illinois and Justin Wood of Alabama.
The games for the season finale are “Making New Friends In Japan,” “Squish Squishy,” and “Crowing A winner Game: Finale Majide.”
In “Making New Friends In Japan,” contestants are challenged to complete five tasks on the streets of Tokyo. All the tasks involve random strangers. Some of the tasks are getting a business card, getting someone to draw a moustache, and getting people to do the wave. The contestants who has the slowest time goes home.
In “Squishy Squishy,” contestants have to put on a giant sponge suit. Their goal is to use the sponge suit to absorb water from a giant bowl. They then have to run through an obstacle course. At the end of the obstacle course, they have to squeeze the water they collected into a receptacle. The contestant who squeezes the least amount of water into the receptacle loses the challenge.
In “Crowning A Winner Game: Final Majide,” contestants take on a giant obstacle course that is made up of the most difficult tasks from previous shows. Some of the tasks include riding a tricycle after being spun, using their butts to smash giant eggs, crawling through flour, scaling a Velcro wall, eating sticky mochi balls, and finding the correct breakaway door to swing through. The first run to finish the tasks and hit the finish buzzer wins the game.
The final winner of I Survived A Japanese Game Show receives a quarter of a million dollar prize. I Survived A Japanese Game Show airs on Tuesday, August 5 from 9 PM to 11 PM ET on ABC.
