So You Think You Can Dance Winner Joshua Allen has a bright future ahead of him. Joshua faced one of the most talented casts ever on So You Think You Can Dance on his route to becoming the first hip-hop dancer to ever win the show.
Now, that the So You Think You Can Dance season is over, Joshua shared some of his plans for the future during a recent conference call. Joshua said, “Living, accomplishing more goals in life, just doing everything I’ve always dreamed of doing, really, that’s what it means to me. Keeping my name out there, and just having so much fun, and everything I want to do, I hope it comes true for me because I worked so hard, and I’m a hard worker.”
In regards to his $250,000 cash prize for winning, Joshua said, “I’m going to save it, of course. I’m going to invest it, save it, and try to make it grow so I can be comfortable in the near future.”
One other thing that Joshua would like to do is meet and possibly work with some famous celebrities. Joshua said, “I really want to talk to Michael Jackson if I could. I know that’s such a big deal, I really want to meet him and talk to him. I really want to do stuff like Omarion, Chris Brown, Usher, and Ne-Yo and all of them. I haven’t been able to talk to them yet, but hopefully they’ll hear this and give me a ring.”
