Kim Kardashian is hoping that Dancing With The Stars will have a postive effect on her behind.
A few weeks ago, she commented that she was sick of people looking at her derriere and was trying to make it smaller. Maybe this is her way of getting the job done although I still think people will be drawn to her back side!
“I’m hoping that it’ll firm it up and shape it up,” she said during a launch party for the Pink Blackberry Curve at L.A. boutique Intermix. “Everyone is asking if I’m worried it’s going to go away. No, it’s going to tone it up. I can use that.”
She may not keep her assests hidden for long though as she expects to show off more than a little skin later on in the competition.
“Today the costume that I tried on wasn’t as crazy, but the better shape that I get into they will be a little more sexy and risquÃ,” she said. “I’m starting off with maybe a ball gown, something a little bit more elegant and a little bit more covered up.”
Kim is dancing eight hours a day to prepare for the show with her partner Mark Ballas and she has already seen a slight change in her figure. She stated that her workout routine before being selected for the show was not routine and she would work out for a few days and then take a few weeks off before hitting the gym again. She said that she would workout too hard and then burn herself out.
What about Kim’s toe injury? “My toe is hurting me a little bit more than I thought,” said Kardashian. “We switched to an open toe and We cut off some of the straps to make it a super open toe on one foot so that I can dance.”
Kim also talked about her chances of walking away with the trophy and feels that being paired up with Mark, last year’s winner with Kristi Yamaguchi, gives her an edge.
She may have luck on her side and joked, “I do feel the competitive spirit and he’s been helping me to feel better by telling me that every female celebrity that’s won Dancing With the Stars, their name started with a ‘K’: Kelly Monaco and Kristi Yamaguchi. So I’m a little bit luckier there.”
