A Reconciliation On The Hills?
September 27, 2008 05:00 PM by Paulene Hinds
Heidi Montag appears to be hinting this week that there is a reconciliation in the works between her and Lauren Conrad. She told Extra that she was pleased to hear Lauren Conrad say she misses her on a recent episode MTV’s hit series, The Hills.
“I was glad to hear it… I thought it was really sweet,” Montag said in an interview with Extra. “That really brought a big smile to my face.”
“Obviously I miss her. She was my best friend for a really long time. One day hopefully we will be able to work through this and patch things up.”
The feud between the two started when Heidi moved in with Spencer at the end of season 2 and it escalated after Heidi and Spencer were accused of spreading the rumour that Lauren Conrad had a sex tape.
When asked if they wanted to leave the show and venture on their own as their co-star Whitney Port has already done with her own spin-off show in New York City, Spencer stated, “Currently we love being on The Hills. We love reality TV,” Spencer, who has said it’s his favorite show, told Extra. “It’s so much fun.”
Added Heidi, “I don’t think we’re going to stop reality TV anytime soon. But [our own series is] definitely one day in the works for sure.”
The Hills airs every Monday night at 10 PM on MTV.
