Hudson Family Will Have A Private Memorial

Jennifer Hudson has planned an invitation only memorial service for her mother, brother and nephew who were shot to death last week. The service will be held in Chicagothe HudsonFuneral Home said.
The Chicago Sun-Times quoted the Hudson Funeral Home as saying, “the private memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Apostolic Church of God in Dorchester.”
The newspaper said a representative from the funeral home is expected to announce Friday whether the family will hold a public service, as well.
The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Hudson-King Domestic Violence Protection Fund, care of Seaway Bank and Trust, P.O. Box 19522, Chicago, Ill., 60619.
