You can look forward to another season of Sell This House on A&E. They have ordered 13 half-hour episodes of the series, which are currently slated to debut in 2009 as part of the network’s “The Big Fix” Saturday night programming lineup.

Host Tanye Memme and designer Roger Hazard will continue to offer viewers and home-owners real life experience and advice on how to make a sale and maximize their returns.

“In the current real estate market, Sell This House is even more pertinent than ever, because it demonstrates how to get the most out of your investment in your home,” said A&E programming executive Robert Sharenow.

The premise of each show is to take a homeowners house and show the owners what potential buyers intially think of it via hidden cameras. The house is then tranformed on a budget before the buyers are brought back to give a second opinion on the changes.

Sell This House is produced for A&E by Screaming Flea Productions and is going into its seventh seasonof production.
