November 20, 2008 03:00 PM by Paulene Hinds

Khloe Kardashian, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, was told she had finished her probation requirements for her 2007 DUI arrest during a progress report at a Van Nuys, CA courtroom on Monday, E! News reported yesterday. “Khloe has completed all court-ordered requirements,” attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told E! News. “She successfully completed the alcohol program and the HAM [hospital and morgue] program. She’s a superstar.”

Kardashian’s requirements included attending an alcohol-treatment class and paying a visit to a local morgue, E! News reported.

Despite finishing the requirements, she will still technically remain on probation. However Commissioner Thomas Grodin had not scheduled any additional hearings regarding Kardashian’s case, according to E! News.

Kardashian was sentenced last August to 36 months probation, community service with the California Department of Transportation, and was also ordered to complete an alcohol education program after she pleaded no contest to driving under the influence on March 4, 2007.

When she failed to complete her alcohol education program or the community service, Kardashian was was ordered to re-enroll in the education program and sentenced to 30 days in a Los Angeles County jail in July because her community service was no longer an option.

Due toovercrowding of the L.A. County jails, Kardashian’s sentence only ended up being five hours, according to E! News.

Khloe can be seen on E!’s Keeping up with the Kardashians reality series and in January she will beon the second season of The Celebrity Apprentice, which is scheduled to premiere on NBC.
