American Idol: Clay Aiken To Join America’s Next Top Model Team

Former season 2American Idol runner-up, Clay Aiken, will be apearing as a guest judge on the hit reality TV show, America’s Next Top Model. He will join host Tyra Banks and judges J. Alexander, Nigel Barker and Paulina Porizkova this season for one episode which will be tapedlater this month.

Clay Aiken will guide the aspiring models through an acting challenge and later critique their performances along with the regular judging panel. R&B singer Ciara is slated to appear on the same episode of the show during the model’s photo shoot.

Clay Aiken rose to fame on the second season of American Idol in 2003.He has become the most successful male and the most successful runner-up in American Idol history.

Clay Aiken confirmed that he is gay in September 2008, after many years ofpublic speculation. He has a sonParker, with his best friend Jaymes Foster.

The 12th cycle of America’s Next Top Model kicks off Feb. 25 on The CW and Clay Aiken’s appearance will air April 8.
