Dancing With The Stars: Kim Kardashian’s Dancing Days Inspired Her Fitness DVD

Kim Kardashian,theDancing With The Stars contestant from season 7, who didn’t make it far in the competition, was so amazed at how the contest got the competitors into shape, that it inspired her to get herself into better shape and create her own fitness DVD.

“AfterDancing With The Stars,I saw what good shape everyone else was getting in and I wanted to be right there, she told Fox News. “I didn’t stay in the competition long enough to hit that Dancing With The Stars diet so I just started working out with a trainer everyday for about a month and a half.”

“I finally got to where I wanted to be so I shot a fitness DVD to show everyone else they can get there too. I want to motivate people to get started. I think that’s the hardest part, to just get going. So hopefully buying my DVD will help them to just get going,” she added.

Although the Keeping Up With the Kardashian’sbeauty has reached her fitness goal, she has always been known for being bootilicious and intends to stay that way.

“I don’t feel any pressure to stay thin, I really don’t. I love being curvy, I’m not your typical stick skinny girl and I”m okay with that. I love myself,” she said.

Dancing must be the key to a great body as Kim Kardashian is following in the footsteps of other Dancing With The Stars contestants such asLisa Rinnaand Mel B. also known as Scary Spice, who attained great bodies from being on the show and then created Dancing fitness DVD’s.
