Our Favorite American Idol Performances

February 18, 2009 06:30 PM by Christine McDow

We have put together videos from our favorite performances from last nights first round of the top 36 sing off on American Idol. There were some good performances and some bad performances. Then there were some really bad performances. There were only a few that we care to remember! Do you agree?

Alexis Grace on night one of the live American Idolperformances sang “I Never Loved A Man” and itgot the judges out of their seats and had them comparing her to Kelly Clarkson. We loved her performance! What did you think?

We also loved Danny Gokey’s performance of “Hero” by Mariah Carey, although we were very iffy on whether he could pull off a song that had such great vocals to it. Danny put his own twist on it however and made it like a new song. Were you, the American Idolfan happy with it?

Ricky Braddy was pretty decent as well, probably the best of the other 10 American Idolsingers. He sang “A Song For You” and you could almost believe what he was saying. Did you like it?

We hope that these three get in the top 12 tonight. Did they?
