Last night on Dancing With The Stars it came down to a dance off between Holly Madison and Denise Richards. This wasn’t too much of a shock considering both celebrities’ performances have been underwhelming. Although they were able to improvetheir score from 16 to 20, Denise and Maksim were still kicked off the show. AOL TV caught up with the dancing duo backstage and asked them how they felt about leaving the show.
Denise Richards said that when she found out she had to do the dance off she was extremely nervous, but she wanted to give it her all because she is a huge fan of the show. She says that although it wasn’t enough to stay in the competition, she thought the judges and audience were very kind.
Thepair was asked how they felt about leaving Dancing With The Stars on a high note and Denise said, “Better than on a low note! It could have been worse. I’m bummed. I didn’t want to go. I love the show so much – I’m a huge fan of it – but things happen for a reason.” Maksim was pleased that they had improved their score so much in one day. Maks said that he’s never felt so much support as he has this season from the other dancers. “It’s a tight group,” he says.
Denise says that she will dearly miss all the contestants and of everyone leftshe hopes that Steve Wozniak will get to continue because he just loves the show so much. Oh Steve, we know you do. But you still can’t dance.
