Last night onDancing With The Stars the couples performed either thesaucy Rumba or the energetic Jive. However, not all of the Rumbas sizzled and some ofthe Jives were a snoozefest. The celebrities who don’t have a cloud of impending doom hanging over them are Lil Kim, Gilles Marini, and Melissa Rycroft, who have consistently impressed the judges week after week…
Although Lawrence narrowly escaped the jaws ofelimination last week, he may not be so lucky this time around. Scoring a possible 22 out of 30 points, he did better than he’s ever done before – which still sets him at the bottom of the leader board. Another celebrity who keeps squeaking by is Ty. Ty has had problems loosening up the entire season. This week when he performed his Jive, he couldn’t seem to get his hip actions right and left the judges disappointed. Ty and Chelsie scored a 18 out of 30 which puts them in the second to the bottom slot.
The worst dance of the night, as it has been almost all season, was Steve-O. Steve and Lacey weren’t even in the bottom two last week, much to the surprise of many. Steve’s Rumba was not only lacking both in passion and in technical ability, but it was just downright dreadful. It will be a miracle of mass proportions if he isn’t in the bottom two.
Chuck and Julianneare cutting it close with 23 points, just one point above Lawrence and Edyta;however,I have a feeling they will live to dance another week. I’d say from the looks of things, that Steve-O and Ty had better get ready for a dance off tonight! What do you think?
