Dancing With The Stars: David Alan Grier’s Controversial Comments
April 15, 2009 05:06 PM by Britteny Elrick

After last week’s elimination, comedian David Alan Grier had to get a few things off of his chest. In an interview with Access Hollywood, David made some comments in reference to Dancing With The Starsjudge Carrie Ann Inaba that didn’t set well. Fellow judge Bruno Tonioli fired back at David, until finally he apologized for his remarks…
David told Access Hollywood last Wednesday, “There’s several people that can kiss my a**, but she’s definitely the first in line. To stand up week after week and be humiliated by people who have no right to talk to me [like that], I am proudest that I didn’t climb across that table and slap the s*** out of every one of those judges and that’s my proudest accomplishment.”
In response to these remarks, Bruno told Billy Bush for Access Hollywood,”Carrie Ann has to do her job. I think getting to that level of language is a bit inappropriate. I don’t think it’s classy.” He continues, “He wasn’t terrible but he wasn’t that good [at dancing. We all have opinions ourselves, but to push it to that level,it's not nice."
Well, finally the stand off is over and David came to his senses on a recent Jimmy Kimmel Live show. Here's the clip if you didn't see it:
