Charity Rejects Money From Patti Blagojevich

Although Patti is suffering for charity out in the wild, it might not be worth her while. According to a recent report, the charity that Patti was originally playing for has said they don’t want any money from her! Keep reading for more details…
Before joining the show, Patti said, “I don’t feel I’m a celebrity.NBC wanted my husband on the show, and when he was unable to go, they expressed interest in me. In this terrible economic time, I feel it’s necessary to go to work to support my family.” Wait, I thought the show was supposed to be raising money for charity, not paying its celebrities?
Well, it does that too. Except what do you do when the charity won’t accept your money?According to Mystateline.com, The Bear Necessities Pediatric Foundation says they don’t want money fromPatti because of situations with her husband, former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich.
Apparently, Rod had threatened to withhold state money from a children’s hospital. It just so happens that the children’s hospital is linked toBear Necessities, the charitythat Patti was playing for on the show.
