As reported exclusively by PEOPLE, Amy, 30, delivered a baby boy at Alegent Lakeside Hospital in Omaha, Neb., on the morning of the Fourth of July. At Blaine Patrick Wolff’s first weigh-in, he measured a healthy 10 lbs., 14 oz., and was 22 inches long.
“We are all doing great,” Amy says, “and are enjoying getting to know each other.”
Amy and husband Marty, 28, who live in Omaha, run a weight loss and self-improvement program called Reality Wellness. “We made a decision to stay in fitness to keep ourselves accountable,” Amy told PEOPLE in December. “We are still comfortable where we are.”
