Alison Sweeney, host of The Biggest Loser, has experienced some weight loss battles of her own. After having two kids, it was quite a challenge to Alison to get herself back in shape. Now the actress will be sharing her secrets in a dieting book for moms, which help them along thejourney togetting their pre-baby bodies back. Keep reading for more details…

Alison’s book, inspired by all of the questions she has received from fans, will be published by Simon Spotlight Entertainment and will hit stores next fall. “It is a whole lifestyle concept,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “It will include tips and suggestions about nutrition, clothing, fitness and recipes. Kind of a day in the life.”

“I think there is so much more to it than that,” shecontinued. “Obviously, I want to embrace the fact that what we just did is pretty spectacular. You just had a baby and you should be proud of that and not worry about how your body looks afterward.”

“Of course, there are a lot of healthy things you can be doing to help yourself get back in shape because you want to be happy with what you see in the mirror, but you really should be proud of that little belly you got because it produced something spectacular,” she added.
