Tonight was the first semi-final results show on America’s Got Talent and we found out who took the first four spots in the finals. With one million dollars and a headline show on the line, there were cheers, jeers and tears on the show this evening. Did your favorite make it through, or were they sent packing? Keep reading to find out!
Host Nick Cannon invited Arcadian Broad, The Texas Tenors and Drew Thomas Magic to the stage to hear the results. Only one act was being voted through from the three tonight and it was The Texas Tenors. I was disappointed for Arcadian as he is such a special little guy and can really dance!
Next the Muppets, Kermit and Miss Piggy hit the stage and sang Don’t Go Breakin’ My Heart. They are a timeless couple, who will live on forever.
Grandma Lee, Tony Hoard and Rory and Paradizo Dance were then called forward to find out whether they would be going on to the finals. After America’s vote, Grandma Lee was going on to the finals tonight! Amazing for her.
Judge, David Hasselhoff sang Feeling Good on the show tonight. He should have kept on acting…I loved him in that K.I.T.T. car.
Nick Cannon asked Kevin Skinner, Acrodunk, The Voices of Glory and The Fab Five to step forward. The act taking the third spot in the finals and making it one step closer to the Las Vegas show was Kevin Skinner!!!!!! YAY!
The final act to make it through tonight was voted on by the judges. After Acrodunk was sent home, only The Voices of Glory and the Fab Five were left. Sharon Osbourne put through The Voices of Glory tonight, but she felt that the Fab Five should stay also as she couldn’t make a decision. David Hasselhoff felt the same way so he passed it to Piers Morgan. After three minutes of debate it was decided…that there would be no judges pick tonight…both groups were going through to the finals!
