Models of the Runway were not only the clients and the ones having to model the designs, but to add insult to injury; one would have to go home after doing a lot of the work for the designers. A little unfair, admittedly so, but as Heidi always says, this is a competition for the models as well and there can only be one.
Valerie, Qristyl’s model, was concerned that she gave bad input to Qristyl and had a hand in her going home, but, trust me, she did it to herself. Many of the other models seemed to voice the same concern but took issues with the judges dissing their styles that they had given the designers.
Heidi then sat with the models and singled out a couple of them for their runway strutting and asked them about their overall experiences with the designers. Back at the models loft, you could definitely see that they were starting to get into little clicks. You had to feel sorry for them a bit as their fate was not entirely in their hands as they realized that the more the designers used them individually, the more reluctant they would be to switch up models.
Heidi came to the model’s loft to check the fridge to see what they were eating and to talk about the event that were all going to. Most of the models were wearing the dresses from the last challenge but several decided not to, including Valerie, who was Qristyl’s model, taking the judge’s comments to heart; you know when they said the dress made her look old.
At the model’s elimination, the designer’s didn’t really shake things up to much at all and it looked like Christopher was the final one to choose and Valerie was eliminated once again as there was no switching this week with the designers.
