Kim Zolciak’s Single Pulled From iTunes

September 22, 2009 03:00 PM by Britteny Elrick

Although it’s been a bit of an inside joke on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak’s music career has officially been launched.  Kim’s first single, Tardy for the Party, was recently released and rose to the number three most downloaded song on iTunes.  But wait just a minute…

According to a report on eonline.com, Kim’s single was pulled from iTunes by the producer due to lack of payment. “The song was number three on iTunes for the last four days, but since Don Vito owns the copyright to the song and he hasn’t been paid, he requested that the song be taken down off iTunes,” a source told E!

Apparently, Vito has taken the high road and not slammed Kim for her delinquent account. “I think [Kim] is a good person and it was fun working in the studio with her,” he said. “We made a great record and I look forward to working with her on the album again.”
