Bethenny Frankel Has Been Replaced

October 04, 2009 09:00 AM by Britteny Elrick

This season, The Real Housewives of New York City will return minus Bethenny Frankel.  Bethenny, who will be starring in her own Bravo reality TV series, will be replaced by socialite Sonja Morgan according to Usmagazine.com.  And if the recent reports are correct, Bethenny isn’t the only one from Bravo who will be breaking away to star in her own show…

A source informed Us that Sonja, a friend of Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, is not married either.  So, why do they keep calling them housewives? But don’t be sad. Bethenny’s life will continue to be chronicled as she attempts to balance her new love life with fiance Jason Hopper and her crazy career, which seems to be going in a million different directions.

According to recent reports, Bethenny is starting a trend over at Bravo.  Project Runway winner, Christian Siriano, will be filming a documentary style series that follows his life as he takes his design career to the next level.  Also, Fabio Viviani, the lovable Italian Top Chef contestant, will be filming his own show as well.  Bravo states the show is “focusing on the extravagant Viviani and his business partner Jacopo Falleni as they try to reach a wider and more diverse client base and cater high-end events.”

Well, well.  Looks like we’re gonna stay tuned to Bravo!
