Million Dollar Listing: Season Premiere
October 12, 2009 10:04 PM by Lisa Princ

Our favorite LA real estate moguls are back for another season of Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO. So what type of drama will Chad Rogers, Josh Flagg and Madison Hildebrand stir up this season as they try get their million dollar sales as the economy declines?
Tonight, on the season opener of Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO
all 3 bad boys of real estate realized it may not be as easy in such a poor economic market. Even though only one of them wound up closing a deal, they all proved why they are LA’s top agents.
Madison started off the evening on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO looking for some properties for a major client of his, and ended up at the home of a sex author. Get your minds out of the gutter, she wanted her home sold. He tried desperately to sell her 6,000 square foot home, and after 3 months he had only one real potential buyer which ended up finding another home. We’ll have to wait until next week to see if she decides to lower the price of her home as he suggested.

Chad also felt the same fate, as he tried to sell a clients home tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO. His first open house was complete bust and had not one single person show up. Maybe it would help if he spent more time on the advertising and less time on his hair? After coaxing them with a buffet of food, his next open house attracted more brokers. He did not however get one single offer. After 3 months and no offers, he sat and waited as the owners decided his fate after pleading his case and begging for another try. Finally, after what seemed like hours, he was given a second chance.
Josh was the only successful million dollar man tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO. After his open house on his almost 4 million dollar listing, which was full of brokers, he had a few offers. However, there was a cash buyer who wanted to negotiate with him. After tense negotiations, they finally settled at 3.5 million. Way to go Josh!
Tune in next week at 10 pm EST to see what happens next on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO
