A new reality TV series is coming to the E! network. Bank of Hollywood, produced by Ryan Seacrest, will follow ordinary people as they pitch their stories to celebrities in attempt to score some of their cash. The show is to premiere on Monday, December 14 at 10PM ET/PT on E! and will host celebrity panelists such as: Candy Spelling, poker player Vanessa Rousso, Sean Patterson, and Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton.

The type of monetary requests that people will be making range from charity events to engagement proposals and everything in between. Ryan said that the amount requested starts anywhere from $2,000 and goes up from there.

“This series is centered on the concept of innovative philanthropy. We’re giving real people the opportunity to garner life-changing sums of money and, at the same time, fulfilling our judges’ desire to make a difference in the lives of others — one person at a time,” said E! programming executive Lisa Berger. “The panelists’ big personalities and strong opinions, on top of requests that run the gamut from heartwarming to downright peculiar, are sure to keep things heated and always unpredictable.”

“The idea’s simple,” Ryan told The Hollywood Reporter. “We are giving away tons of money to everyday people to alleviate the stress of today’s climate and have fun.”
