Kelly Osbourne has been very open about how Dancing With The Stars has changed her life. One of the major ways the competition has affected her is in her outward appearance. Um, hello sexy. A noticeably slimmer Kelly recently spoke to Marc Malkin of E! News about her new shape…
“For the first couple of weeks, I was like, ‘I need spaghetti Bolognese!’ And that is what I ate every single day,” Kelly told E! at a Hollywood dance studio. “Now, it’s chicken quesadillas. I love the carbs from the cheese. But I have to stop eating it, because it’s starting to make feel sick because I’m eating it so much.”
Kelly said that although she’s been dropping pounds, she is staying away from the scale. “If I start weighing myself, I will start being like, ‘Maybe I shouldn’t eat so I could lose some more,’” she said. “I would go to that end. I would get obsessed with that fact that I was losing it and I would keep at it.”
But no scale doesn’t mean no measuring. “I’m two inches smaller than I was last week. I suddenly have muscles in my stomach that I never had before. It’s all hard and it never was like that,” she added.
Even though the weight loss has been a sweet bonus, Kelly said that she will miss her fellow dancers the most. “The hardest part for me right now is knowing that this is going to be coming to an end very soon,” she said. “I don’t like that.”
Dancing With The Stars returns again next Monday night at 8 PM ET as the dancers try for a place in the semi-finals with two new dances each.
