November 13, 2009 11:00 AM by Britteny Elrick

PEOPLE has confirmed that the Emmy award-winning reality show, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, has been renewed for a sixth season.  Bravo will air ten episodes of the show, which will start filming in January, and they promise it will be better than ever! Keep reading for more details…

This year, Kathy and Team Griffin [tour manager Tom Vize, assistant Tiffany Rinehart, and Kathy's mom Maggie Griffin] will all be returning to create ridiculously entertaining scenarios for our viewing pleasure.

“Let’s just say we are hoping the premiere episode will be Cher-tastic,” Griffin told PEOPLE. I’m guessing that means that Kathy will be continuing on her journey to meet with A-List celebrities around the world. “Wasilla here we come!” Kathy said. Wait, does that mean she’s going to be getting cozy with Sarah Palin?
