It’s that time of the week again, and the boys are back for another episode of Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO. What will our quirky real estate heroes get themselves into this week? Josh Flagg finally gets some much needed answers, while a group of bikers have Madison Hildebrand shaking in his shoes. Chad Rogers seems to have a successful time, but will he be successful in business or pleasure? Keep reading to find out what happens next.
Chad Rogers kicks off the evening tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO as he heads to Corona Del Mar to a premiere beach front property. Chad, who doesn’t realize the home is literally on the beach, struggles with the sand just to take some pictures of the 9.5 million dollar home. After having some cosmetic work done to the home and having an extremely tight time frame to work with, he decides the home must be staged for his broker’s open. He hires a stager who estimates it will cost about $20-30k for the staging.
Meanwhile, he takes the advice of his life coach and takes Victoria away for the weekend. Just as they are enjoying some breakfast, his home stager calls and wants to meet up at the home. Chad leaves Victoria, who is not at all pleased, there all alone. After about 8 hours and numerous solo activities later, Chad returns to Victoria and they enjoy a nice dinner together. Nice that is until Chad toasts to Victoria and Starla but then announces that business is more important than pleasure to him. Victoria looks aggravated and heartbroken. I wish she would wake up, Chad needs a reality check. At least his broker’s open went well, I guess we will find out next week if he get any offers on the home.
Next up is Madison Hildebrand, who meets up with his client to talk about listing her property in Malibu’s bonsall canyon.
His client is not willing to lower the price of her home, and after debating this for a few minutes, Madison gets her to agree to lease the home instead. Madison is surprised when the potential tenant is part of a biker clan, whom she brings along with her. Madison is obviously uncomfortable dealing with them, but takes their offer and thoroughly checks her credentials out. Once everything checks out, Madison brings his client the offer and she accepts after learning from Madison that the tenant would also be interested in purchasing the home eventually.
Josh Flagg is busy trying to sell a 6.5 million dollar tear down home tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO. The home is a wreck, with everything from water damage to exposed electrical. The only selling point the home has is a phenomenal view. After hosting an open house, Josh gets a pair of developers interested in the home. It takes some negotiating, but Josh is able to sell the home for 6 million, not a bad deal Josh!
During that open house with Josh on Million Dollar Listing, Josh’s parents pay him a visit. When he fills them in on what has been going on with his health, his mom insists that he needs to get back on his ADD medications. Josh is reluctant to go back on medication and since he is sure he is dying of a tumor or cancer, he decides to have more testing done. After all of his tests and scans, his doctor finally has an answer him, although it is probably is not what he wants to hear. His doctor lets him know that all of his tests came back normal, and at 23 years old, it is his lifestyle that is causing the forgetfulness. He is told that he is wearing himself too thin and is even told that he could see a therapist. Somehow, I don’t see Josh going that route, but only time will tell.
