Amazing Race Leaves Chile for Argentina Tonight

February 28, 2010 11:00 AM by Nancy Floyd

An brand new episode of The Amazing Race airs tonight on CBS! We’ve got a sneak peek at the episode that moves the racers (including fan favorites and former Big Brother stars, Jeff & Jordan) to Argentina, requires them to mount wooden horses, and sends one team to the emergency room…

Contestants on CBS‘ The Amazing Race are saying adios to Chile and hola to Argentina as the next leg of the race forces them to travel internationally. There’s plenty of drama to be expected on tonight’s episode though when one team can’t figure out how to use their compass and ends up way off course. I’m no expert, but I would think that if one was entering a competition based on travel, they might want to learn to use a compass first.

Getting lost isn’t the worse thing to happen to a team of racers tonight on The Amazing Race though. One team also winds up in the emergency room! My guess is that an emergency room in Argentina is probably not where you want to be!

The remaining nine teams also have to take part in some interesting challenges tonight that include playing polo on a wooden horse and lassoing a wooden target. Horseback riding and lassoing?? I suspect that the Cowboys (Jet & Cord) are going to do pretty darn good on tonight’s episode. What will become of the alliance between Joe & Heidi and Carol & Brandy? How will Big Brother contestants Jeff & Jordan fare? Will  Brent & Caite accidentally end up in THE Iraq??

Tune in to CBS to see all this drama and more on tonight’s episode of The Amazing Race!
