The summer tour will begin with a performance in Asheville, North Carolina on July 23rd and end on August 14th in Biloxi, Mississippi. Along the way, the American Idol stars will be performing in Melbourne, Fla. (July 25), Los Angeles (Aug. 1), Lancaster, Pa. (Aug. 8) and New York (Aug. 11). The “Timeless” tour will feature the American Idol alums singing classics from the past fifty years.
“I couldn’t ask for a better tour mate,” Clay Aiken said in a statement. “To be able to share the stage with him again is so exciting. He is such a talented artist. He inspires me daily and I think that respect and admiration will truly be reflected in our show.” Studdard echoed the sentiment, saying, “It is truly a blessing and an honor to be on the stage with my friend.”
