Congratulations are in order for American Idol alum Carrie Underwood! The singer’s new single, “Temporary Home” just reached the top of the Billboard charts. This is the twelfth of Carrie Underwood‘s singles to reach the coveted #1 spot. The song, which was co-written by Underwood, is from her  Platinum-certified “Play On” album.

“Temporary Home” is one of the seven songs on the American Idol star’s album that she helped write. Of her twelve #1 singles, “Temporary Home” is the fifth one that Carrie Underwood has been a co-writer on.
