Celebrity Apprentice: Celebrity Fitness Routine

Tonight on Celebrity Apprentice on NBC, Donald Trump gives the celebrities the task of creating a fitness routine while raising donations. Since he is also a regular on The Biggest Loser , would Curtis Stone have the advantage this week? Things definitely heat up this week as Donald Trump mixes things up and gives us the ending we never saw coming! Keep reading for all the details!
Donald Trump kicks off Celebrity Apprentice on NBC tonight by switching up the teams a bit. He decides to send Curtis over to join Tenacity, while sending both Maria and Sharon (who is back in full force and well again) over to Rocksolid. The task once the teams have been switched is to create a celebrity fitness routine for 24 hour fitness, while taking donations….it would be the donations which would determine which team wins this week. However, the routine would play a part as well as 24 hour fitness would be donating $24k to the team with the better fitness routine.
Sharon, who was the project manager for Rocksolid this week, had the vision of a rock and roll fitness routine. Both Bret and Maria worked on the routine while Sharon rallied for donations. They came up with a very fun and creative routine in which Bret recruited fans and friends to participate in, which Maria ran the class. The 24 hour fitness executive watched a few of the classes and seemed to enjoy the fun environment, but I thought she looked a little turned off by some of the team’s exercise moves, such as Bret’s “tourbus thrust”. It was quite amusing to watch as he did performed this move, a fan jumped on top him!
Tenacity, who was run by Holly this week on Celebrity Apprentice on NBC put out a much more straight forward, good workout routine, led by Summer and Curtis, who should have an advantage, since he frequents The Biggest Loser. Holly worked her tail off collecting donations, as did Cyndi when she returned from a meeting with Lady Gaga. The 24 fitness executive seemed to enjoy their routine as well, although there were only three people in their first celebrity fitness class. One thing Tenacity was lacking this week was drama….I think the team mix up definitely helped as there was literally no drama on this team, even with Holly and Cyndi!
When it was time for the boardroom on Celebrity Apprentice on NBC, Holly clearly thought her team did not win, thinking Sharon had more contacts and could raise more donations, despite the fact that she got a $50k donation at one point. Donald Trump announced that the 24 hour fitness executive had chosen Rocksolid as the winner of the $24k donation from them because they had a very fun routine that would make people want to join in, where Tenacity’s was a good routine, it lacked the fun factor.
But it was not over there on Celebrity Apprentice on NBC as Donald Trump still had to go over the total donations. Rocksolid, led by Sharon had managed to collect over $130k in donations, leaving Holly feeling that she had definitely lost. However, when asked what Tenacity raised, it was over $200k, thanks to Holly’s hard work. Holly was shocked and thrilled to say the least, and she could do was compliment her team on how well they did.
That also meant that someone from Rocksolid would be getting fired tonight on Celebrity Apprentice on NBC. Donald Trump shocked everyone tonight though, by not firing anyone since both teams managed to raise so much money. I think this was a first for him however, do not expect it to last as next week we may see two celebrities get fired!
