Bruno Tonioli, longtime judge on ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars, recently sat down with former DWTS co-host, Samantha Harris to discuss season 10′s celebrity competitors. He thinks Pamela Anderson is the best performer, but doesn’t know if she can win it all. Keep reading for more details on his thoughts on each performer and what advice he has for the fans…

Bruno Tonioli, judge on ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars, has a lot to say about this season’s crop of celebrity performers. The reality dance competition downsized their number of competing stars to eleven this year, a move that Tonioli thinks is for the best. ”By having less, you have more chance to focus on each and every one of them. And it’s the variety of characters that is very interesting. They’re all very, very defined, they all have something very interesting to say and people connect to that. And for us, for me as a judge, it gives a lot of material to work with,” Tonioli tells former Dancing With the Stars co-host, Samantha Harris.

Everyone, including Tonioli, seems convinced that the top three will come down to ice skater Evan Lysacek, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, and ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews, but the Dancing With the Stars judge has advice for the other three remaining competitors, Pamela Anderson, Niecy Nash, and Chad Ochocinco.

“Pamela is probably the best performer on the show … The truth of the matter is that her performances are so focused, she’s so honest, it’s brilliant. She acts the part … dance is not just a series of steps, it’s a performing art … She’s quite good,” Tonioli says about the Baywatch babe. He thinks Niecy Nash, on the other hand, needs to work a little harder. “She has to sweat! She’s gotta sweat! … I always feel it’s not quite 100%. She has to push herself,” Tonioli says about the curvy comedienne. And as for football player Chad Ochocinco, Tonioli wants to see more.  ”I know that there is something … that he hasn’t exploited yet. There’s nothing more infuriating that seeing somebody that you know who could be brilliant that does not give it to me,” he says.

Despite what the judges says, the fate of each contestant rests in the hands of the fans of ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars and Tonioli has some advice for them. “Nobody’s safe because I think they all have a very strong fanbase. If people don’t vote, anybody can go. Keep voting because your favorite celebrity could be kicked out,” he says.
